Hummingbird's Visit

I feel the delight today of a hummingbird, so fast, so fast, so fast. I hear the gentle music today of a hummingbird, so low, so low, so low. I know something about this hummingbird who delights in color, in beauty, in the glow of nature. My heart remembers one who delighted also in the warmth and glow of nature's gifts, who delighted in God's little creatures, great and small. Could this be ? My heart is happy ... Then in a brief moment, this hummingbird friend is gone again, leaving only the delight of her visit...so fast, so fast, so fast... |
