Dearest Donnie, You have been gone from our lives for 41 yrs.now,but it seems like yesterday. Tomorrow will be your 60th Birthday,so I wanted to get this up and going,because I still think of you often and wonder what "Might Have Been" if you had lived,but God saw it fit to take you to "Your Heavenly Home". Even tho many years have passed and I have been happily married again for a long time and had other children,I still relive "Our Lives Together".We were so young,but we did the best we could and we made it for 2 yrs.and we were so happy,until that awful day came that none of us will ever forget.God needed you in Heaven and it was so very hard to understand why,but we know we cannot question God. You would be so proud of Carol(Petey,as you called her),she is a beautiful grown woman now with 3 beautiful daughters of her own (a set of twins) and a great husband.I wish they could have known you too. I know you were welomed at "Heavens Door" by your Grandparents when you arrived and I know you met all of the other family members in the same way one by one and welcomed them with your Big Smile. I bet there has been some pretty good "42 Games" going on in the sky since, Uncle Ardis,Daddy,Randell,Eugene,Copus,& Quin are all there with you now! Mother joined you first in 1973 and I know she was glad to be there and see you,along with your Aunts & Uncles. J.C. joined in 1990,Sharon in 2005 and Beth was the last on Jan.11th this year. A GREAT HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY FIRST LOVE! XXX&OOO ALWAYS,MARIE 12/9/2009 Good Morning Donnie!I can't believe Christmas is almost here again.I wanted to stop by and say "Merry Christmas and Happy New Year" to my First Love and get you a tree and present on here.You loved to play cards and games so I added some.You will always hold a big part of my heart.Everytime I see Carol I see so much of you.I only wish you could have lived to see her grow up and your beautiful grandaughters.Danielle is 20 now and the twins Jen & Bree are almost 13.My how time flys!
